First Visit Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for check-in and completion of admission paperwork.
Late Arrival Policy: We understand that delays can occur. However, if you arrive up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reduce the duration of your service to ensure we meet the schedule agreed upon with other clients; if the delay is more than 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule your visit. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.
Pricing and Promotion Policy: We strive to keep our website and menu up to date, so please be aware that services and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative. If multiple discounts are available, the highest value discount will automatically be applied at the time of purchase.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another client. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the booked service. In the event of a no-show, the full price of the service will be charged.
Refund Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds for services performed, even if the results are not what you expected or if you are dissatisfied with the results.
Products: There are no refunds for products purchased. However, products may be returned for credit within 7 days of purchase in the event of a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within seven days of purchase.
Package Policy: Treatment packages are designed to offer discounted rates for multiple sessions and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and may have an expiration date. Please note: Any unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.
Gift Card Policy: Gift cards may be used to purchase any service or product. They are not redeemable for cash.
Personal Belongings Policy: We ask that you do not bring any valuables with you as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during your visit. We recommend that you keep them close and secure throughout your visit.
